The doctor was very nice .But the staff is extremely rude . I was on hold for ten minutes to schedule an appointment. Once my call was answered I was transferred to a voice-mail. Three days passed without anyone calling back to schedule an appointment. I do not recommend bringing your children to this office.
Call the office since sunday today is Thursday yet no phone call call them back and you get a voice mail, leave them a voice mail still no call . We calling your office because we dont have any better to do
I like the Doctors, but I haven't gotten a call back from the staff for the past 3-4 days. I've called and left voice mail to be called back.. Nothing... my daughter has a skin problem and I can't count with them smh
The doctor we choose is great but their support staff is quite rude on the telephone.
