I am very happy with the service, from desk attendant was always helpful, Cheryl was always there when I need any help she is wonderful employee.
I had first hand contact with the property manager Trisha. Who was beyond helpful. A reservation was made and a computer error reserved the wrong unit. Trish personally fixed it and made one for another public storage location. If u need any help I would suggest the Lynn location and speak to Trisha!!!
Trisha was absolutely amazing! she helped me get supplies and select a sized unit that best met my needs. the units and grounds are safe and clean.
I recommend using this storage facility if you are in Lynn. This is how a business should be managed.

Very helpful desk attendent. Secure location. Easy to navigate the building. Customer service is actually very good. Lighting is excellent. Carts always available for customers by the elevators.
