Purchased my vehicle in August, and gives me great pleasure to give credit where credit is due. I have my car serviced often due to high mileage driven, and have been treated with kindness, honesty and respect.
Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for service that is reasonably priced. I'm not being dramatic, just informative. Chevy is a huge corporation that needs to meet quotas and they'll do whatever it takes to make you pay more.
After going to multiple locations for basic service, this place took care of everything in a timely and professional manner. I definitely will go here for any problems I have and appreciate the customer service provided here. My initial thoughts on them:

Highly recommend Pride Chevy. We dealt with Laura and she was great! The entire process was quick and painless. We found the perfect truck at a great price, with low miles!
Whatever you intended to get addressed in your service appointment will be small peas as they will find issue upon issue that will cost you hundreds of dollars more than you anticipated. There hasn't been a time that I have been there and left completing the service I intended to have without 2 to 3 more issues thrown at me that would inflate my bill by several hundred dollars. It's terrible business and you're robbing people.

We had to made a car purchase decision in less than a day. Pride Chevrolet made this process easy and efficient and allowed us to feel very good about the purchase of a new car. In particular the sales consultant, Laura Nealy was an exceptional help. She was very knowledgeable about the cars (comparing the 2018 Impala and the Malibu). She listened carefully to our needs and wish list for features of the car. And, Importantly, she didn't try to push or sell something we didn't want nor need. I would highly recommend Pride Chevrolet, and when you get there, make sure to ask for Laura!
Do not go here. I repeat, just do not waste your time or hard earned money here. They have consistently ripped me off on servicing my car here for 3 yrs and I finally have had enough.
