It was by far the best experience in a long time. My sales person Frank Madden was an exceptional salesman, very kind, patient, informative, and most importantly not at all pushy. We spoke over 2 to 3 weeks while I got my affairs in order for my purchase and not once did he ever try to force me into a rushed choice. I will most definatley purchase from him again in the future.
Once I found a car to fit my needs and ten spoke with Frank, I knew I wasn't purchasing anywhere else. Top notch experience, definatley recommended!

Except @Huipeng Chen - dude, you are never happy anywhere. I couldn't help but laugh at your review below. Seems as if you drive around looking for "freebies" to test drive cars? I've never heard of such a thing and if that's what you do? It's called karma - for all the times you've gotten a freebie for test driving a car and wasted the salespersons time knowing you weren't looking really to buy a car. As for your other reviews, seems you have an issue with everyone and everywhere you've ever been. Might I suggest an attitude adjustment on your end?

I recently had my 2012 Kia Soul serviced at Pride KIA. I have been to many dealerships near and far for services and this dealership is by far the best I have been too. I had scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle diagnosed for an overheating problem. The woman who set up my appointment was very kind, and was able to schedule me in for the next day. When I arrived for my appointment, a service advisor by the name of Jim took me in right away, he was very informative through the whole process, and explained everything thoroughly. He did his best to make my time there with my one year old as comfortable and easy as possible. He is one of the nicest service advisors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Also, the technician was very quick and efficient with finding and fixing the problem. I was in and out of there within an hour and a half. Jim even pulled the car around to the front for me so I didn't have to go wondering around looking for it. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and will definitely be returning for all future services.
